Week #5 Chapter 4 Reviewing Performance of Campaigns

There are ways to track performance of a website once one has developed a website and is interesting in viewing how the website is performing in a case of a day, week or month.  Let’s start off with Facebook Ads. Facebook Ads are paid to advertise on Facebook for a productor service. Once the ad is up one can click on sponsored on the ad post and view the number of people that viewed the ad by what you paid for viewers to see it and by regular viewers. Promoting ads on Facebook is popular. Everyone is on Facebook everyday looking on newsfeed. Another way to track performance is through Google Analytics. One can see viewers or visitors by hour, day, week or even month. There are other items to taken a look at such as the average session duration or even page views and users.  Another way of checking ones viewers is seeing where in the world are they seeing ones content from. This way one can see if there is bots or spam coming towards the website.

One can also send reports of this information by sending it to ones email. One doesn’t even need to log in to Google Analytics to view and keep track of this information but can be scheduled in the program to send reports every time one schedules it for to ones email address. Once one explores this program is is way easier to handle and control and to understand. One has to go through the use of Google Analytics to view how these numbers are generating. One at first will get low numbers but once one pays for advertisement, the numbers will grow.
